Overview: TalkBoxes are comfy spaces for loud places. If you have ever had an important call and had to leave your building to find a quite place to take it, your office probably could have benefitted from a TalkBox. Our booths are primarily used in educational spaces, open-concept offices, home workspaces, and telehealth settings.
My Contribution: I’ve been responsible for every position from prototyping to sales to installing privacy booths across the country. My main and favorite role, however, is collaborating with customers and manufacturers to design new products. This has lead to three new products brought to market with another on the way. Project Highlight: TalkBox Studio
The TalkBox Studio was deisgned to add an ADA (American Disability Act) accessable privacy pod to the market. While other privacy booths exist that are technically compliant, this is, to my know my knowledge, the first privacy booth designed where ADA accessability was the primary design consideration.
